COLOMBO- A group of protestors was seen in large numbers opposite the Temple Trees in the forenoon on Friday, April 29.
Pix show some of them are performing a day’s fasting to urge the prime minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to resign from his post to allow a new government to take over the state for economic emancipation.
The theme of the protests include ‘GotaGoHome’ and calling Rajapaksa family to resign from the government.
